Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA)

OCIDA provides payment-in-lieu of tax agreements; exemptions from sales, use and mortgage recording taxes; industrial revenue bonds; worker training grants and other benefits to qualified projects. Learn More.
 

The NYS Excelsior Jobs Program

The New York State Excelsior Jobs Program provides job creation and investment incentives to firms in targeted industries including: biotechnology, pharmaceutical, high-tech, clean-tech, green-tech, financial services, agriculture and manufacturing. Incentives are structured as tax credits for job creation, capital investment, and research and development.  Property Tax Credits may also be available to projects located in distressed areas or meeting higher employment and investment thresholds.  Learn more.
