The Onondaga County Revolving Loan Fund
The Onondaga County Revolving Loan Fund (OCRLF) provides low-interest financing to assist small businesses in Onondaga County to implement solutions that improve the energy performance of their facilities and value added processes. Loans may be used to fund energy efficiency projects involving the improvement of existing facilities or the purchase of equipment to implement energy efficiency solutions.
