Workforce Training Grants

Employee Productivity Program

OCIDA’s Employee Productivity Program offers financial assistance for employer identified skill and productivity training for new industry or expansion. Matching grants are available for production and first line supervisory personnel.

On the Job Training Program

The CNY WORKS OJT Program helps defray the costs associated with hiring and training new workers or upgrading current workers. The program provides reimbursement for up to 50% of the wage rate paid during the defined training period. For more information, please click here.
